Description of the institute
INBA - Institute sustainable VET and Work has its location in the city Rendsburg in the center of Schleswig-Holstein and is a service company in the field of vocational education and training, education and work. We see ourselves as a combination of business consulting and scientific „vocational training institute“ at the interface between the transition from school to profession, companies and science.
It can look back on more than ten years of experience in applied vocational education and training research and the performance of scientific services at a regional, national and international level. Moreover, INBA has several years of experience in professional preparation and training orientation and the implementation of training courses, workshops and coaching in the field of VET.
Based on our experiences, our know-how and our network of experts and partners in the field vocational education and training, we are able to establish synergies between the range of different service that we offer. INBA carries out all analyzes based on VET scientific instruments and methods that have already proven themselves. During the product development we take into consideration the latest developments in the field of vocational education and work, and rely on research results of our own projects as well as those of our partners and make them available to our clients.
So on one hand young people at the transition from school to profession can benefit from our companies contacts in searching an apprenticeship training position. On the other hand we can conversely recruit suitable trainees for the companies out of our counseling interviews with the school leavers. In addition, we offer schools and companies the opportunity to participate in VET projects and thus to participate in the results and to take part in the creation of VET.
